We are an independent web design service based in the UK who provide web design and related digital services.Details of pricing, timelines, and deliverables are outlined in each individual project agreement or invoice.

Payment Terms

  • Payments will be made via bank transfer or other payment methods outlined in the corresponding invoice.

  • Unless otherwise stated, 50% deposit is required before work starts and the remaining 50% upon completion.

  • Work will not be published or transferred until full payment is received.

  • Late payments may incur reasonable fees to cover delays or administrative costs.

Revisions & Scope

  • Each project will include upwards or 1 page and between 1 and 3 revisions depending on the pricing option chosen.

  • Additional revisions or changes outside of the agreement scope may be charged at £15.00 per hour.

Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • Upon full payment, ownership of the final website files is transferred to the client.

  • We will retain the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

  • Any AI-generated or third-party tools used remain subject to their respective licence terms.

Cancellation Policy

  • If a project is cancelled after work has started, the client agrees to pay a 50% cancellation fee of the total project cost. This will be in the form of the initial 50% deposit unless other payments were arranged

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun

Liability

  • We are not responsible for losses arising from technical issues, hosting downtime, or third-party software.

  • We do not guarantee specific results such as search-engine rankings or visitor numbers.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that all text, images and content provided are legally usable and do not infringe on copyright.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • We respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with UK GDPR.

  • Please see our separate Privacy Policy for more details on how we collect and use personal information.

Age & Legal Capacity

  • If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review and consent to any service agreement.

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled in UK courts.

Removal of links from our website

  • If you find any link on our website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us at any moment. We will consider requests to remove links, but we are not obligated to do so or to respond to you directly.

Hyperlinking to our content

The following organisations may link to our website without prior written approval:

  • Government agencies

  • Search engines

  • News organisations

  • Online directory distributors may link to our website in the same manner as they hyperlink to the websites of other listed businesses

  • System-wide accredited businesses except soliciting non-profit organisations, charity shopping malls, and charity fundraising groups which may not hyperlink to our website

These organisations may link to our homepage, to publications, or to other website information so long as the link (a) is not in anyway deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval of the linking party and its products and/or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking party’s site.
